Engineer

Minimum qualifications:

  • 4-year degree in Engineering or equivalent years of experience.
  • PE license or able to obtain by reciprocity (preferred). Candidates with significant years of experience will also be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience designing HVAC/Plumbing/Fire protection/Electrical systems.
  • Experience in design and management of vartiety of projects i.e. education, corporate, retail, hospitality, etc.
  • Able to work independently and supervise junior engineers/designers.
  • Knowledge of building codes, standards and sustainable building design practices by USGBC.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP & FP.
  • Good communication skills
  • Work well individually and in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deliverable deadlines.
