Designer

Minimum qualifications:

Associate degree in Engineering or equivalent years of experience.
Engineering in Training (EIT) certification and on track to PE licensure.
Minimum 0-3 years of experience designing HVAC/Plumbing/Fire protection/Electrical systems.
Knowledge of Engineering drafting standards & symbols
Knowledge of building codes, standards and sustainable building design practices.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP & FP.
Good communication skills
Work well individually and in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deliverable deadlines.
